Barry Van Dyke was born in Atlanta (Georgia - USA) on July 31, 1951. His career started in 1961 with his guest apparence in an episode of
Dick Van Dyke Show, entitled "The Talented Neighborhood"
(as Florian). He has guest-starred in several TV shows, like: Eight is Enough, Mork and Mindy, The Dukes of Hazzard, The Adventures of Matthew Starr, Remington Steele, Magnum P.I., A-Team, T.J. Hooker, Murder She Wrote, Full House. He was a main character in the following TV movies: Diagnosis of Murder (1992), The House on Sycamore Street (Murder on Sycamore Street), in 1992, and A Twist of the Knife (1993). From the fall of 1993 to May 2001 he co-starred on the TV show Diagnosis Murder as Lieutenant Steve Sloan. 2002: TV movies (Diagnosis Murder), Town Without Pity and Without Warning. |
